Ravi Shankar, George's lifelong friend and sitar virtuoso, has passed away. Ravi and George organised and performed at The Concert For Bangladesh, to raise funds and awareness for UNICEF's relief efforts in the war torn country - it which was the first music benefit concert for a humanitarian cause.
He will be sadly missed, our thoughts are with his family.
