I saw James McCartney on all three of his UK Tours so far so there was no way I was going to miss this one off preview gig in London before James heads off to America for his 46 date Tour. And had I missed it I'd be kicking myself so hard right now I'd be full of bruises.
What a night!!!

At 7:30pm I sat down in my seat on the second row to get ready for this acoustic performance by James. I'd only sat down a few minutes when who should walk past me and wave at me? None other than Sir Paul McCartney himself!!! Father here to support his son and he'd also brought along his wife Nancy, daughters Stella and Mary and brother Mike.
They all took to their seats in the Circle and at 8pm the lights went down.
Ronnie Wood introduced James to the stage and they played a couple of numbers together. It was awesome.
Having only seen James with his band before this acoustic set was a real change and it showed off James' perfect vocals and excellent guitar playing. He really is a great talent.

James appeared to be enjoying himself and from the applause he got after each song he seemed to enjoy it even more at one point commenting 'I really like that'. He seemed to appreciate the crowd enjoying his work.
James was more chatty than previous gigs and got quite a few laughs when telling the crowd what each song was about.
Halfway through the set I, along with the rest of the sold out theatre crowd gasped and cheered as Paul McCartney appeared from behind the curtain to join his son on stage!!!

Paul hugged James and made his way over to the piano which was directly in front of me. I was VERY lucky this evening.
So here we had James with his Beatle dad Paul and Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood on stage together. The crowd was absolutely thrilled as they performed two songs together. What a treat for all who were lucky enough to be in that theatre.
If my memory serves me well Paul left the stage after those two songs but came back on again to perform the last song of the set again with James and Ronnie Wood.
Obviously, it was great to see these two Legends up on stage performing together but James McCartney is a real talent in his own right and I will pay to see him again and again!

Vi a James McCartney en sus tres Tours Reino Unido hasta el momento así que no había manera de que iba a perder este concierto fuera de vista previa en Londres antes de que James se dirige a Estados Unidos para su gira fecha 46. Y si hubiera pasado por alto que estaría bebiendo yo tan duro ahora mismo estaría lleno de moretones.

A las 7:30 pm me senté en mi asiento en la segunda fila para estar listo para el concierto acústico de James. Yo sólo había sentado unos minutos, cuando quien debe caminar junto a mí y saludar a mi? Nada menos que Sir Paul McCartney sí mismo! Padre aquí para apoyar a su hijo y él también había traído a lo largo de su esposa Nancy, hijas Stella y Mary y Mike hermano.
Todos ellos tomaron sus asientos en el círculo y a las 8 pm las luces se apagaron.
Ronnie Wood presentó James al escenario y tocaron un par de números. Fue impresionante.
Después de haber visto a James sólo con su banda antes de que este set acústico fue un cambio real y mostró voces perfectas de James y tocando la guitarra excelente. Realmente es un gran talento.

James parecía estar divirtiéndose y de los aplausos que recibió después de cada canción que él parecía disfrutar aún más en un momento comentando "Me gusta mucho eso. Parecía apreciar la multitud que disfruta de su trabajo.
James era más hablador de conciertos anteriores y tiene un buen poco de risa al contar la multitud lo que cada canción se trataba.
A mitad de la serie I, junto con el resto de la multitud agotó teatro abrió la boca y aplaudieron cuando Paul McCartney apareció de detrás de la cortina para reunirse con su hijo en el escenario!

Pablo abrazó a James y se dirigió hacia el piano que estaba justo en frente de mí. Tuve mucha suerte esta noche.
Así que aquí tenemos a James con su Beatle Paul padre y Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood juntos en el escenario. La multitud estaba absolutamente encantados, ya que interpretó dos canciones juntos. ¡Qué delicia para todos los que tuvimos la suerte de estar en ese teatro.
Si mi memoria no me falla Paul abandonó el escenario después de esas dos canciones, pero regresó de nuevo para realizar la última canción de la serie de nuevo con James y Ronnie Wood.
Obviamente, fue genial ver a estas dos leyendas en el escenario tocando juntos pero James McCartney es un verdadero talento en su propio derecho, y yo te lo pagaré a verlo una y otra vez!
